# Free Trial – 7 Days

Enjoy full access to all premium features of Assemblr EDU with the **STARTER (Single) Plan** free for 7 days. No charges will be applied during the Free Trial period. Once the Free Trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan unless canceled beforehand.

## How Do I Start a Free Trial?

The Free Trial gives you **7 days of unlimited access** to all premium features included in the **STARTER (Single) Plan**. To activate your 7-Day Free Trial, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Free Trial” button
   1. Select Your Plan: Only one plan is available for Free Trial: **STARTER (Single)**
2. Click **“7-Day Free Trial”** on the STARTER (Single) plan and select **“Start 7-Day Free Trial.”**
3. Enter Your Payment Details
   1. On the payment page, enter your credit or debit card information.
   2. Payment Method Verification
      1. During activation, a small temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card (for example, Rp1,000 or Rp10,000) to verify that the card is active.
      2. This is **not a charge**, and the funds will be automatically released within a few business days, depending on your bank.
      3. Please ensure that your card has sufficient balance or available credit, as the final payment amount may be higher due to applicable taxes.
4. Trial Activation
   1. Once your payment method is successfully verified, your **STARTER (Single) Free Trial** will be activated immediately and remain active for 7 days.

## What Happens During an Active 7-Day Free Trial?

Once your Free Trial is activated, here is what you can expect:

**Example Scenario**

If you start your Free Trial on **May 1**, your Free Trial period will end on **May 7.**

If you have not canceled your subscription by **May 8**, your first payment will be automatically processed based on the current subscription price.

After the first successful payment on **May 8**, that date becomes your recurring billing date.\
Your future billing dates would then be:

* June 8
* July 8
* August 8
* And so on

As long as your subscription remains active.

## Automatic Renewal After the Free Trial Ends

To ensure uninterrupted access to premium features, your subscription will automatically renew when the Free Trial period ends.

By starting a Free Trial, you agree to this automatic renewal process.

If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the Free Trial ends to avoid being charged.

## Canceling Your Subscription

#### What Happens When You Cancel?

#### How to Cancel Your Subscription

**If you paid via Credit/Debit Card:**

1. Visit <https://edu.assemblrworld.com/>
2. Click **Profile**.
3. Go to **Settings** and select **Manage Payments & Plans**.
4. From the left sidebar, select **Cancel Subscription**.
5. You will be directed to the **Plan Cancellation Form**. Please complete the form carefully and ensure it is successfully submitted.
6. Once completed, verify that no automatic charges occur during the next billing period.

**If you paid via Google Pay:**

1. Visit <https://edu.assemblrworld.com/>
2. Click **Profile**.
3. Go to **Settings** and select **Manage Payments & Plans**.
4. From the left sidebar, select **Cancel Subscription**.
5. You will be redirected to Google's subscription management page, where you can select the subscription you wish to cancel.

**If you paid via Apple Pay:**

4. From the left sidebar, select **Cancel Subscription**.
5. You will be redirected to Apple's subscription management page, where you can select the subscription you wish to cancel.

**Deleting your account or uninstalling the application does NOT cancel your subscription.** Billing will continue through the payment method you provided unless the subscription is properly canceled.

#### How to Request a Refund

**If you paid via Credit/Debit Card:**

2. Click **Profile**.
3. Go to **Settings** and select **Manage Payments & Plans**.
4. From the left sidebar, select **Request a Refund**.
5. You will be directed to the **Refund Request Form**. Please complete the form carefully and ensure it is successfully submitted.

**If you paid via Google Pay:**

1. Visit <https://edu.assemblrworld.com/>
2. Click **Profile**.
3. Go to **Settings** and select **Manage Payments & Plans**.
4. From the left sidebar, select **Request a Refund**.
5. You will be redirected to Google's refund page, where you can select the subscription for which you would like to request a refund.

**If you paid via Apple Pay:**

#### Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within **7 days of the payment transaction date**.

All refund requests are subject to an eligibility review. If your request is approved, the refund process may take approximately **5–30 business days**, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

## Frequently Asked Questions

#### Will I be charged during the trial period?

No. You will not be charged during the Free Trial. Charges are only processed after the trial ends if the subscription has not been canceled.

#### Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether during the Free Trial period or after becoming a paid subscriber.

#### If I cancel during the trial, will my premium access stop immediately?

No. Your premium access will remain available until the end of the trial period.

#### Does uninstalling the application stop my subscription?

No. Your subscription must be canceled through the **Manage Payment & Plan** section. Uninstalling the application does not affect your active subscription.

#### How do I know my cancellation was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been successfully processed.
